Apresentação Oeiras Eco Rally 2025

A oitava edição do Oeiras EcoRally- Portugal, será completamente diferente das anteriores. Decidimos fazer uma pequena homenagem aos concorrentes espanhóis com quem partilhamos uma vasta fronteira. Por isso, começaremos a edição de 2025, mesmo na fronteira Espanha/Portugal e depois atravessaremos todo o país por estradas até então desconhecidas.

Teremos um verdadeiro "transportugal", que nos levará de Termas de Monfortinho, no concelho de Idanha-a-Nova, até Oeiras, num percurso próximo do do Rio Tejo, o maior rio de Portugal, que nos é oferecido, logo à partida, pelos nossos vizinhos espanhóis, e que termina o seu percurso em Oeiras onde é esperado pelo Atlântico.

O Município de Oeiras, que dá nome ao Eco Rally, percebeu esta mudança, vendo assim o seu nome espalhar-se pelo nosso território . Contaremos novamente com a parceria e a energia da PRIO, parceira fiel desde o início. Teremos o regresso da BYRD, empresa pioneira na comercialização de BEV em Portugal e traremos novos parceiros como os Municípios de Idanha a Nova e Vila Velha de Ródão, e também a MOMSTEEL que nos acolherá durante esta jornada, mostrando a sua vocação neste mundo da descarbonização da nossa energia.

No final, espera-nos a tradicional etapa de rua na praia de Santo Amaro de Oeiras, junto às instalações da PRIO, para terminar em clima de festa com a cerimónia do pódio.

PRESENTATION

The eighth edition of Oeiras EcoRally- Portugal, will be completely different from the previous ones. We decided to make a small tribute to the Spanish competitors with whom we share a vast border. For this reason, we will start the 2025 edition, right on the Spain/Portugal border and then cross the entire country along hitherto unknown roads.

We will have a real "transportugal", which will take us from Termas de Monfortinho in the municipality of Idanha-a Nova, to Oeiras, on a route close to that of the Tagus River, the largest river in Portugal, which is given to us, just there on the start, by our Spanish neighbours, and which ends its journey in Oeiras where it is awaited by the Atlantic.

The Municipality of Oeiras, which gives its name to Eco Rally, understood this change, thus seeing its name spread across our territory. We will once again count with the partnership and the energy of PRIO, a loyal partner from the outset. We will have the return of BYRD, a pioneering company in the commercialization of BEVs in Portugal and we will bring new partners such as the Municipalities of Idanha a Nova and Vila Velha de Ródão, and also MOMSTEEL who will welcome us during this journey, showing their vocation in this world of decarbonization of our energy.

At the end, the traditional street stage awaits us on Santo Amaro de Oeiras beach, next to the PRIO facilities, to end in a festive atmosphere with the podium ceremony
